I had decided that I wasn't going to allow the 40s to bother me, and they didn't. When 50 hit and I got that AARP letter, I found that letter to be sort of insulting, and swore to never join, lol. I still haven't!

I knew it was time to face facts when I saw myself in a photo someone had taken at work, and I could see then that age was catching up. It hasn't changed me though. I haven't eliminated any of my activities besides running yet, (I've switched to the elliptical machine), and still do things I've done all my life.

Making the most of it, that's the best plan!
