Upon getting the approval of the tourism office for this event, we are now hyping up our followers by posting a teaser post on all of our social media accounts.
We believe it's the best way to invite talented individuals to join our platform and to create massive attention to steemit by conducting multiple contests. This is the first real world contest for talented steemians and we are hoping we continue doing contests each month highlighting different disciplines of arts.
What happened
- We hired 1 more licensed event organizer to help us with the promotion as well as tend to the actual event while I focus more on signing up people on steemit.
- We are positioned to getting multiple sponsors for this event. Part of the money will go to charity and some will be included as prizes.
What will happen
- TV promotion, we are now in contact with a tv producer and a host to help promote the event or make a deal with them by giving them the rights to broadcast our event.
- @surpassinggoogle @teardrops #untalented showed tremendous support by upvoting and also by giving me some pointers for this event. Sir terry might stop by, and Im inviting all Steemians out there to do so too. By doing this we are essentially giving inspiration to everyone minnows and new signups. This is the perfect category for songwriters who are also performers. Songs can be in any style or genre. The only rule is that songwriters sing a song that they have written or co-written. In this contest the performance and vocals are judged together with the songwriting.
