Palmeritas de hojaldre
Buenas tardes amigos!
Hoy les presento una muestra de lo que hemos aprendido estos días. 3 días de curso de cocina con un chef de Puerto La Cruz y al lado de @chefrose.
Aprendimos a hacer la masa de hojaldre y distintas preparaciones. Entre ellas las palmeritas. Espectaculares.
Cayeron varios mitos, en relación al hojaldre pensábamos que era más complicado y confirme lo versátil que es.
