You know what would be atrociously brilliant, evil, scammy shit? Having the customer buy cryptocurrency and send it to your wallet under the "microtransactions" label.

Your game server would know it should reward the player because your purchase would carry a tracker or, even worse, a referral. The technicalities are all done under the hood, of course.

This could lead to big trouble depending on what country the costumer is located, of course.

Sort:  

On EOS/STEEM you would likely get a smack down from the on chain governance. So you would be forced to use something like LOOM to make that work. But yeah, that would be a thing actually.

I mean hell, it actually makes it so there is no need for players to have to pay for a wallet.

Even if the dev was transparent about this, most players wouldn't care as long as they got their ingame cash and it wasn't against their country's law.
