Switzerland facilitates the opening of accounts to Crypto companies
Switzerland is facing a massive exodus of criptos companies due essentially to the difficulties of banking access that is why the Swiss Bankers Association has published guidelines so that banks can create accounts for companies Cryoto according to Reuters report on September 21st.
The document states that the SBA (Swiss Bankers Association) will provide a roadmap for banks to open their corporate accounts to financial and technological start-ups despite the risks they might have as the money laundering case.
In the guidelines have been divided into two groups: companies without ICO (initial offer of currencies) which will be treated as any small and medium enterprises aplicandose these same to their commercial models and companies with ICO which of being financed by currencies should be subject to stricter rules and comply with AML and KYC laws in Switzerland.
To be attentive because according to the Crypto Valley Association about 530 startups of blockchain have been established mostly in the canton of Zug known as Crypto Valley a global Center for the development of Criptomonedas and blockchain.
