I think they are trying to reduce the flow of money on the platform and I don't know why, maybe this is to increase the price of the steem in the market, but I can't see any sense. It could also be that they are diminishing the voting power so that it is not profitable to use the voting bots
There are so many possible explanations... I just wonder why they don't communicate
