Receta de Tacos de Res
Ingredientes
- Tortillas de maíz
- Cebolla
- Carne de res
- Tomates
- Pimienta
- Sal
- Aceite
- Especies para sazonar
Preparación
Primero cortamos la carne en trozos pequeños y sazónala a tu gusto. Luego picamos la cebolla y el tomate y sofreímos en un sartén con un poco de aceite. Colocamos las tortillas de maíz sobre una tabla y agrega la mezcla del sofrito y la carne. Luego enrolla las tortillas de maíz de manera que quede un taco, si lo deseas puedes amarrarlas por el medio para sujetar. Fríe con el aceite, de manera que los mismos queden tostados. Y listo puedes Servir con salsa y queso..
