Yes, that makes senses... just wondering because sending money to yourself makes NO difference but burning the RC... LOL
Transfers burn RC as well ;-) it doesn’t matter to whom you transfer ;-) transaction is transaction ;-)
Thanks, yes, you are right. It is just like witness producing zero-transaction block in the early days of HF20... a block is a block no matter how many Tx it includes.
