That's all well and good, but you forgot to mention the fact that using "Very High CPU" could potentially burn out your memory. I've mined before and using higher CPU Threads causes systems to overheat as they try to keep up with the demand. It could, potentially, lead to burning out your system.
Just a note from someone who has come close to doing so.

That is true. I just felt it my due diligence to make sure everyone is aware that, while you can definitely do this, be aware of the minimal possibility of damage.
