My food experience in Hong Kong was quite tragic. We ended up eating curry like food all the way. I'm not sure if they are really curry but they smell like one. This one looks scrumptious. I better take note of the restaurants you go to. I might go back. :)
Let me know if you hit HK and I will treat you to some real local foods ;-)
I'll take your word for it. :) I might get lost in HK by December! I'd love to give them a try. :)
