I love my EO's. My favorite book is The Complete Book of Essential Oils for Mama & Baby by Christine Anthis. She offers a more conservative approach. There are certain oils she recommends not using on children under the age of 3, or 6 or even 10. IT really changed my "Potion Cabinet" as my family likes to call it. I recommend it highly. The author also has a very informative blog, The Hippy Homemaker.
