Yuan Wang 3: Research Ship or Military Spy Asset?

The Chinese Yuan Wang 3 docked at the Sasa Wharf in Davao City, Philippines a few days ago that bring uncertainty to its citizen.

What exactly this ship is? According to Wikipedia, a Chinese Wang-class is a military asset of People's Republic of China that has a capability to carry cargo helicopter such as Super Frelon or Z-8.

The Yuanwang-class are used for tracking and support of satellite and intercontinental ballistic missiles by the People's Liberation Army Navy of the People's Republic of China.

Therefore, the Yuan Wang 3 is not a research ship people as claimed by People's Republic of China. Its a spy ship or an intercontinental ballistic missiles pathfinder!
