Philippines government are happy to declare a first case of 2019-nCov Virus...

In a press conference earlier today, January 30, 2020 the Philippines department of health is happy to announce that the first case of 2019-nCov also known as the Novel Corona virus have been detected early.

Which according to them (department of health) one of the suspected virus infected have been dead.

How stupid this government is or those who govern this country. If they only confirm few but a circulating fact of the death toll is more than one.
