"101" might serve as the beginning lesson for reality:

You must face your worst fears, thoughts & idea + lose everything to even recognize the absolute reality (nothing).

The end result is servitude towards the absolute reality (nothing) or to state it another way:

Servitude towards nothing (not even your self).

I willingly went into "Room 101" in search for THE truth.. I lost everything and now I am nothing.
