自制辣椒酱
今天分享个超级好吃的自制辣椒酱,我们家孩子奶奶出品的辣椒酱,制作很简单,味道也很好,可以用来沾肉,沾饺子,下饭,都非常美味。想想就流口水了。喜欢辣一点或者不那么辣的都可以自己自由搭配,大家和我一起来做吧。
Today, we share homemade chili sauce. Mama's chili sauce is very simple and tastes good. Let's make it with me.
材料:指天椒/大蒜/花生油 /盐
首先,把大蒜剥好皮,剁碎,我先用了个锤子把蒜拍碎,然后再用刀剁碎,剁的有点累,我就拿了个道具出来,哈哈。
要切成大概那么碎就可以了,剁好了就用盘先装好,注意盘子不能有水。
接着来剁辣椒了,新鲜的指天椒来做辣椒酱特别好吃,如果喜欢比较辣就放多一点辣椒,如果再加辣椒粉,就超级辣了,我不喜欢太辣,所以我放的大蒜会多一点。
辣椒先切成这样,然后也还需要剁碎一点。
终于都剁好了,手工剁的话就比较累的,最后就轻松一点了,把剁好的大蒜和辣椒混合在一起。
混合均匀后,把花生油油和盐也混合一起。花生油要多一些,快没过辣椒酱。
这样美味的辣椒酱就完成了,装进瓶子里方便拿出来。真的很好吃,大家也来试一下吧。
