Say no to racism

Hello steemians, I want to talk about an issues that bothers me a lot, it gives me lots of concern to why people discriminate one another base on colour. The issue of people treating the other person bad simply because they are not of the same race is quite an issue, if not all of us, a good number of us are guilty of this act. Let's start by understanding what racism really is.

Racism is the discrimination of one race by another. It is the belief that one race is superior or inferior to another. Having the mindset that the whites are better off than the blacks nor vice versa are the main agent of conflict. I have been treated rashly many times by the white people of which I know its simply because of my skin colour. Which I will never do to anybody irrespective of the race. I have come to understand that we seems to quickly pass judgment on our fellow being simply because of his/her skin colour, even here on steemit we easily pass judgment and conclude that the black people are scammers bad and people, that's why they don't give the black people sense of belongings. Think about it, this world cannot be a better place if we keep living in isolation. We need each other to make this place a better place.

Am not trying to put down any race nor make some people feel bad, am trying in my best way to tackle a very pressing issues. Let's not concluded that one race inferior than others, I know the problems we the blacks face especially Africans, is the problem of leaders, Our leaders are very greedy and selfish people and have brought hardship upon the African nations. But we must also understand that it was the whitemen can't be left out when talking about the problems of the black nations, or should I say they where smart and played on the intelligent of our greedy leaders. Even the issues of Emmanuel Eboue who lost all his entire life investment to his wife including his daughters simply because he trusted his wife enough that he handed her his entire life investment, but what did the wife do, took advantage of that and collected everything he has ever worked for. The wife is a white woman. You see race is to be left out while talking about wickedness. Let's not use the attitude of one man to punish an entire nation, let's show love to one another and love ourselves.

let's live a life free from racial abuse, don't be quick to judge someone else just because you are not of the same race. Start today be a good example to mankind, note that we are all humans and we get hurt when we are treated bad. Start preach against racism today. And make this generation happy.
