Many people join steemit because of its amazing opportunities especially financial return.
I will therefore, remiss , if I indicated otherwise-in fact, I came for the money however stayed for the community and loving it day by day.
Moreover, there are many benefits this great platform provides its members: Financial rewards SBD (Steem Dollars ) Steem et al however after blogging here for 6 months, I came to realize that the real benefit is not SBD rather relationships-here are some few point:
Ability to make great friend: Steemit is full of many good people and scammers too due to financial gains-see How I Knocked Out Kingscrrown :The Steemit Chat Thief / Scammer . Therefore if you invest time here you can connect with many good people and if you have a good attitude, honest and sincere then you will build good relationships with great guys and ladies which will lead to your personal improvement.
Business Partners: Good relationships lead to opportunities. There are hundreds of deals going on daily in steemit , you just have to take up an opportunity if you see one. Note that most steemians share their idea here first before the outside world hears it. For example elyte.io ( join their telegram group below in order to get info about their bounty) team members always share new info´s about opportunities there including ability to buy tokens (privately) cheaper than market price –which is offered exclusively to steemians ( feel free to respond if you are interested).
Idea sharing / learning new things: Having great relationships here lead to trust and openness which in return lead to idea sharing and learning new things –especially for the curious minds. This is amazing because money cannot buy everything or lead you to gaining new knowledge rather you have to be able to move out of your comfort zone , build relationships with people - learn from intelligent people which in return lead to personal growth and financial wealth.

I came here for the Alexa ranking and to get my natural weight loss message out in a place where people can find it. After six months, traffic is up at all my sites, my books sales are improved, my affiliate sales are higher, I have amazing interaction in my work here, and many new connections.

For me Steemit began as a search for a better social media platform to share my art. Quickly it;s become a place where I feel inspired and motivated by all the amazing people I'm connecting with. I feel like I'm seeing all the content I spent 8 years liking pages about on Facebook - sunset photos, insect macrophotography, motivational speakers, artists, musicians, etc..., but, that I never see on facebook anymore because those pages are not paying FB, and many have no incentive to... So stoked to also be learning slowly about blockchain and cryptos - compared to 3 weeks ago I know a WHOLE lot more about them! lol I feel I still have a lot to learn about how to best use this platform but I'm learning as I go and having fun along the way, all while earning a few dollars here and there :) What more could I ask for? lol
