Ingredients

Chicken 1 ½ kg
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Rice flour ½ cup
1 teaspoon baking powder
Egg whites 3
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Mustard powder 1 teaspoon
Red chile flakes 1 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tablespoons
Cornflakes or chili chips 2 cups
White pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil to taste

Method

Heat the water in a pan and add 1 ½ kg of chicken with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and a little salt. Cook for 5 minutes and remove the chicken. Mix, ½ cup of flour, ½ cup of cornmeal, ½ cup of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt 1 teaspoon of mustard powder, 1 tablespoon of red chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of white pepper. Mix everything and keep it dry. Beat 3 egg whites. keep corn flakes or chili chips separate. Put oil in the pan and cover the chicken with dry flour, dip it in the egg white and finally roll them into pieces of chili. Fry until golden brown. Serve with fries and ketchup.
