Types of Pushups for Home Fitness
Everyone wants good health and fitness, some go to gym and some fitness center and some wants to do workout minimal workout for fitness and body shape.
I am giving you some exercises you can do at gym or at your home for best body structure and fitness.
The Best exercise is "Push Up" , as name suggest push your limit .
There are different types push ups you can do for full body workout.
Lets Start
Normal Pushup
This push up great for upper chest , shoulder and back. You can 3 sets of this push up (for beginners)
1st set - 15
2nd set- 12
3rd set - 10
Incline Pushup
This is great for lower chest plus tricep and also effects on abs.
Do 3 sets
1st set - 15
2nd set- 12
3rd set - 10
Decline Pushup
This is great for back , hip area and mid chest and biceps.
Do 3 sets
1st set - 12
2nd set- 10
3rd set - 8
Diamond Pushup
Do 3 sets
1st set - 12
2nd set- 10
3rd set - 8
