HOT SAUCE FOR THE DAY
Hellow good morning.
I would like to show you how to make our own hot sauce.Theres no need to buy it in grocery.Everything we make most especially when it comes to our food.It is better to make our own version at home.
These cayenne pepper is so exotic hot.I only seen it in province of Saudi Arabia.
Before I didn't taste it but later I could'nt eat without hot sauce. So i realized to make it with my own version healthy and safe.
These are the ingredients
1/2 kilo cayenne pepper
2cloves of garlic
Salt
Lemon
I tbspoon oil
Small glass of water
Put it in the blender
Add the garlic
Add little amount of water
Start blending it and add the lemon juice.Try to see the color before and after dropping the lemon juice
Put a small amount of oil and look the color
Its already finish Then pu t a little amount of salt to taste.
Keep it refrigerated for even how many long months unless ylu have to tamd a little amount to your meal with a clean.tablespoon.
This is the finished product. The red color of the blended cayenne will become orange when.you put a drops of lemon juice,,then the hotness of the taste will reduced when we put a little amount of oil.
Thank you for reading.I hope you enjoy and learned.HOT SAUCE is very necessary to our health. It is really good to our heart and help eliminate cholesterol.

I like hot sauce. I might try that but with a different kind of chili since cayenne pepper. Would cooking the chili make it last longer? Would it change the flavor?
No need cooking..thank you.
Ok, good. Thanks...and good post.
