INGREDIENTS
- Sugar 200 gr
- Hot water 360 ml
- 4 eggs eggs
- Flour 100 gr
- 100 gr tapioca flour
- Butter 6 tbsp (in melted)
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- SKM 4 tablespoons or taste
How to make
Heat sugar with little fire, do not stir yes. Let until melted, then enter hot water little by little while in stirring until the sugar is liquid and well blended. Turn off the fire and chill.
Mix flour, tapioca, baking powder, soda, sieve to mix well.
Beat eggs, add skm, melted butter mix until well blended then enter the flour piecemeal alternately with caramel / sugar water already cold. Stir well
Heat teflon with low heat, wait until hot then spread with butter, pour batter into baked teflon and wait until the top of his new nest on the lid.
Baking time is approximately 30 min.
Nb. From sugar 200 gr and water 360 ml later can jd 400 ml, klo more its residue not in pake yes, pake 400 ml only.
