French toast
Ingredients
• 4 pieces of thick bread.
• an egg
• 1 tablespoon water.
• 2 tablespoons smooth sugar.
• 30 grams butter.
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
how to prepare
(1) Put the bread on the cutting board and use the biscuit slices to cut the bread into circular shapes approximately 9 cm or leave as they are.
(2) Exfoliate the eggs in a small bowl, add the water and 2 teaspoons of sugar, then mix well with the fork.
(3) Place the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
(4) When the butter melts, dip the bread quickly into the eggs one by one, then toss them in the pan from the sides for about two minutes for each side or until golden and so on for all the fries.
(5) Put the fakes on kitchen paper until it absorbs the fat. French (French Toast)
