Who has never tasted the delicious guava, besides eating guava, it has many benefits and contains vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium and antioxidants
The benefits of guava itself are:

This time I tried making smoothies or guava juice, the ingredients were guava, white sugar, water and milk
cut the guava then put it into a blender along with milk, sugar and water then mix everything until smooth after smooth filtering the juice because there are certainly lots of seeds for smoothies
