THE CORRUPTED

Hello steemians friends, the Creator provided Latin America and the Caribbean with immense economic resources for the enjoyment of the peoples. It can be inferred, that it had times and spaces for a flourishing development, where internal happiness and peace prevails among the neighbors. However, at the beginning of the 21st century with ample absence of positive leadership, it is at the mercy of the most well-versed economic interests, rather than in the desire to accumulate; they buy conscience to put it to the service in creating facilities that allow to increase the coffers of the powerful ones, without opportunity to share. And much less the opportunity of a worthy legacy, which can strengthen the personality and future of the descendants.

In some corner of history, there is evidence that Europe knew, that in those distant lands there were civilizations and that they did not have the necessary resources to prevent an intrusion and without opposition to any adventure. It only remained to find an argument, that could silence in other parts of the world, the vestiges of injustice in complicity with the Church. The demand, was the financial strength and the evidences to obtain it, it had to be manufactured; to let the world know that they were in the presence of savages, that they had to convert it to the Catholic religion as a guarantee, to save the soul. Rated by characters with aristocratic ranks.

Added to this are the confrontations between aristocratic successions that demanded among them financial strengths. The Spanish Empire was put on a silver platter, the possibilities of appropriating wealth based on the myth of the dorado; decimating and annihilating a large part of the indigenous peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean. This confirms the innocence and impotence of what really happened on the continent. And it confirms that, thanks to the initiatives of criollo businessmen, in crisis and to the resistance in the national sense; the oligarchy criolla took advantage of the moment and knew how to convince the resistance, to achieve independence. And at present, it intends to do the same, to reverse it.

200 years have passed and the characters are the same, the descendants, who have inherited the same disabilities: difficulties in dialogue, improvisers, unfaithful to principles, lack of love for the country, craving for power without deserving them, rejection of decent work, disregard the brother in difficulties, envy of the well-being of the brother and others. They are reasons, to demand the fidelity that is difficult to find in the corners of the country. And many try to get them in the environment, where despite everyone knows each other; there are those who light candles, to pray for the Creator to help, to prevent the brother, neighbor, father, son, from faltering before the adversities, with deceitful offers.

Before pointing out to any citizen of improper acts, without analyzing at least briefly, the facilities that must be given to the official to fulfill efficiently, with responsibilities. Pseudo-leaders, who want to sustain achievements, based on the sacrifices of others. And when you get to govern, the excuses to surround yourself with loyal, you point the way to corruption. A path, without control, based on the word of the friend, or the friend of the friend, the son of the friend, of the fight partner, of the childhood companion. Only valuing comprehensions, based on years of struggle and experiences. Without valuing the understanding, that any act or decisions, have to create happiness.

It is not only the corrupt that must be persecuted, but also the one who encourages corruption; easy to recognize He is the one who always wants to be in the address box, without deserving them. And it is put to finger, prioritizing the loyalty on the capacity and the honesty. Protective leaders, who move away from the protégé and consult everything by phone or coincidences at party sites, giving the corrupt feeling of impunity. The one who acts, without giving added value, is the one who dreams of the people, to fatten up business. He is the one who dismisses the official, without empathy. He is the one who believes everything they say and turns his ears deaf to the laments of the people. Because it is they who identify the corrupt and wait with impatience; promising actions against the corrupted.
