Our automated system (released in the second week of December) tracks member pending upvote balances and has a minimum upvote threshold. If your balance is not high enough to deliver our minimum, the post is skipped and your balance will continue to grow until it gets high enough to deliver another upvote.

If you use
!sbi statusto check your subscription level, you will see that you have 19 units.At present STEEM prices, 19 units is enough for an upvote every 1.5 days and you are posting more frequently than that. Our recommended subscription level to receive a daily upvote is currently 28 SBI.
