This time I will discuss about garbage

Garbage is a problem that needs to be considered. Trash if not properly considered will cause environmental problems such as health problems, comfort, order, and beauty. To achieve the condition of people who live healthy and prosperous in the future, it is necessary to have a healthy environment. From the aspect of garbage, then the word healthy will mean as a condition that can be achieved if the garbage can be managed well so as to create a clean settlement environment.
The problem of waste management is a problem that is almost encountered in every developing country city. Population growth, economic development, urbanization, and rising living standards are factors that affect the amount of waste and the level of complexity of waste management problems. There are several studies that discuss about waste management that is research on transportation route selection, factors influencing the amount of garbage, and feasibility study of Piyungan PLTSa construction but there is no research on the location of temporary waste storage place. Research on the placement of temporary waste collection sites is aimed at mapping the point where the existing temporary waste collection sites can be used as reference materials in determining the number and placement of the location points of the temporary waste collection site. The developed mathematical model is a mixed integer linear programming model with deterministic system characteristics. The parameters used in the optimization model are fuel costs, fixed costs, and waste volume. The objective function in achieving the objectives of this model is to minimize the costs incurred on a daily basis. Furthermore, the mathematical model is built in Lingo 9.0 programming language and verified using a mathematical model built on excel. This research has been able to map out existing systems with 91 points of temporary waste collection sites consisting of 13 depots, 20 containers and 58 polling stations. An existing system utility rate of 87.90%. Based on the model built the number of temporary waste shelters can be reduced to 35 point locations consisting of 16 depots and 19 containers and raise the utility level to 99.56% with total cost incurred decreased by 37.30% to 6,341,678.90 Rupiah every day. The sensitivity analysis performed shows the parameter of waste volume change has a significant influence on the optimum solution and the determination of the location point generated by the mathematical model
