Why dont we ask employees ?
When hiring a manager, he/she shouldnt be taken as reference from the manager he/she has worked belongs to, and also he/she should be taken as reference for those working . So real knowledge about how much he/she is enough about team management can be reached.
Dont Focus Only Work Experience
How practical it is and how it can be done is discussed firstly. People who are selfish and specialized in mobbing can be identified although it has achieved successful results. Unfortunately, the competencies of team management are not discussed in executive recruitment mostly focuses on work experience and technical competencies.
