In many corners of the World, the working class(White Collar jobs) are minimal compared to the jobless(out of work and no job categories). This is one of the fundamental imbalance of the Universe where good things are not evenly distributed, some have too much of it while many have none!
And yet, we all know one or two people who hates their jobs or worse still dreads coming to work each day.Some even leave their workstations and run off. Your duty as a leader(not manager in this case) is to inspire this people so that they want to stay put at their work and do a great job
Statistically, at least 33% of all workers hate their jobs and try to sabotage what the other 67% are doing to demotivate them. It is a rampant occurrence far and wide where some workers gives their bests and some just take their jobs with levity. Money alone is not good enough of a reason to want to work or come to work, there must be an inner fire!
Finding the personal needs of this individuals is paramount and try to match them with a devoted attitude would go a longer way and hence maybe increase work output or productivity. Get some inner drive to what so ever you lay your hands on to do, never make the income alone be your end result!

Love the message in there buddie, in the past i have worked and always counting down on days and weeks to go by so i could get my pay...All that ends with searching for jobs, when someone runs a business it is a different story!
To keep focus, I encourage people to always have a means to pay the bills, aka job, so that they can pursue the things they love, aka Steemit blogging ;+).

It's said that there's US job growth; but, really it's a doctored number excluding those who have quit looking.
So, if you're blessed with a job, give thanks. If you hate it, and are led to do so, maybe it's a good idea to shop for a new one; but, remember seniority means last one hired/first one fired.
