Totally agree with this. I've been in commission only based companies and that is the most cut-throat and competitive environments I've ever seen. No one wants to help anyone and that is bad for business. While I can personally testify to the compliance of just a straight salary. An incentivized approached is really the best and most balanced way to get great people that will bring in the money.
