Very insightful. And I think most employers need to learn this, especially owners of small businesses. They have no reward system and are usually not even the least concerned about their employees.
That's the sad reality of our country babes! Especially the private organizations and one-man businesses. Multi-Nationals are more proactive about their reward systems. We can only continue to put out content like this and hope that readers such as you and I would be better with our own private business structures.
