I will say that creativity in business is essential to any business because it tends got give a unique upgrade to an existing idea. The idea of creativity give the business owner opportunity to think outside the box, giving him an extra edges over other competitors.



Creativity and can also help in the publicity of your business in the sense that you don't have to do much of self publicity, your creativity on your business will do that. How you may ask? It's simple, for your customers will always act as your publicity, everybody loves a new and a well packaged idea for that is what will be talked about in your business.

Personally I would define the term "relationship" as a bond between two or more people by a specific reason/reasons be it known or unknown to achieve a goal.

A relationship is the way two or more people are connected, or the way they behave toward each other: The two men have a good working relationship..

A few reasons why we should have a good business relationship with your employees

  • To build a good working relationship between the employer and employee.

  • Building better understanding to attain maximum profits.

  • To give more rooms for ideas and improvement on the existing business.

  • To also provide better relationship outside the business zone.



Steps in having a good business relationship with your employees

  • Providing a your employees with a very good salary scheme.

  • Providing the business needs for employees so the ey can have a conducive environment for work.

  • Spending some quality time with your employees.



A little tip in having a good working system and still keeps a good relationship with your employees.

As an employer you should be aware of the environment of your business as well as knowing there strength and weakness of your employees in your business, most at times when an employer finds out that one or more employees are weak in some satin aspect of duties without thinking out of the box he dismisses he/she and replacing them with more suitable new applicants.

Once more, I feel dismissal as a solution to such a problem is 45% accurate. Reasons why is that in every business we have different segments or sectors, so in other to give a better addition to your business you can as well transfer an employee from a position were he's less active to a position we he will be more active. This well give the employee and other employees a sense belonging also putting more effort in what ever duty they are assigned to.

This is where the difference between a leader and a boss comes in.

Well in my own opinion everyone is uniquely good at something. Instead of diring someone for being incompetent in a particular sector while not shuffle this person into othersectirs to know where he is good at, no businessman should expect a perfect staff.

I believe a businessman should be libral and open to internal relationship with is worker or employees, wuth this relationship you never know where it would lead you or your business. No one should be quick at discarding others.
