Another way to overcome fear is to have a mentor or join a support group

Unfortunately, some have a fear of joining such. In truth, fear is a demonic control to thwart what you were born to do. Sometimes, one has to just do what God is calling them to do...in afraid mode. One can never know success until they accept that 'failure' doesn't necessarily mean quit; and, fear is never an acceptable excuse to not start.
