Digital Plattform without Krypto

Is it possible to build a plattform as it is "standard" today, means without Blockchain or is the BLOCKHAIN THE NEW STANDARD?? And to be able to relocate onto a blockchain technology after launching and going to the next stage??????

As the industry I am building my business in, only got used to the internet, which is considerd as super innovative. Yes people understood there is the internet for everything available. Let me add the fact, that my business is operating in Europe only. The majority in this industry is normally slower in accepting new trends as it is very conservative.

Non regarding my business only a minority of people worldwide is truely interested in the blockchain technology. Many only want to get fast money in fiat from fast investment without any knowledge. This is why money in FIAT and Coins will go from many hands into those of only a few winners, which are truely interested in the technology and operating within it by building networks, making ICOS,....LEARING how it works and what potential is coming up as the lack of mining possibilities.

BACK to my question:
Is it possible to transfer an existing interactive plattfrom with big date on a server onto a blockchain technology? What has to be considered here?
