If you want your customers to trust you, you must be worthy of that trust. This means being honest and transparent with your company about its expectations.

And this should start from the very first moment customers interact with your brand. Avoid misleading sales copies and catchy marketing campaigns. Don't try to grab the attention of viewers by making exaggerated claims about your products and services.

Instead, aim to be as clear as possible about what you are offering and establish correct customer expectations from the start.
