Possible or NOT???? Creating wealth out of thin air...

You need money to make money right??? Wrong!!! You need to create wealth out of thin air!!

Well that easier said than done! It is... But nobody said getting wealthy is easy!

So how do you create wealth out of thin air? The answers lies in ideas. You need to create an idea that you can work on and turn into an asset.

So what is some examples of such ideas that create an asset? Its any idea that results in your assets increasing or your net cash flow or income increasing.

Examples of net cash flow or income increasing from an idea:

1. Creating a YouTube channel about a niche subject that earns advertising revenue.

2. Buying/renting a piece of property, renovating it and renting it out at a higher amount and more than the monthly payments(positive cash flow properties).

3. Building an Instagram account and becoming an Instagram influencer.

Examples of ideas to increase assets without paying for it:

1. A friend of mine wanted to own a piece of land, but didn't want to obtain a loan to buy it. So he got a holding bigger than what he originally wanted, got it under contract, divided the property in 2 and sold the larger portion of land to someone else for the original contact price. Therefore obtaining land without paying for it.
