A great entrepreneur is one who possesses positive traits to handle customers, personnel, vendors and balancing every challenge patiently.
SOME NEGATIVE TRAITS SOME ENTREPRENEURS EXHIBIT.
1 Multitasking to the extent of thrashing.
2 Demands perfection from all.
3 Strong convictions bordering on obstinate.
4 Not a team player.
5 Over-confident to the point of being egotistical.
6 Procrastination on certain challenges.
7 Paranoid reaching delusional proportions.
8 Often emotional and temperamental.

1 MULTITASKING TO THE EXTENT OF THRASHING.
Multitasking makes a lot of entrepreneurs to loss focus in what they do. When you pursue everything at the same time, you tend to short shrift some important tasks. Don’t allow too much to go on in your mind. Free up your mind and focus.
2 DEMANDS PERFECTION FROM ALL.
Some entrepreneurs have made themselves perfectionists and as such derive no satisfaction from what they do as well as what others do. This kind of attitude kills a lot. It can cause setbacks and frustration. It can turn the mind of the employees against the business leader.
3 STRONG CONVICTIONS BORDERING ON OBSTINATE.
Business does not condone stubbornness. A good business leader makes assessment of every situation and knows when to compromise to meet the needs of clients, even when they still hold on to their convictions. Your ability to analyze situations and compromise when necessary is what keeps you preferred above your competitors.
4 NOT A TEAM PLAYER.
A good business leader has got to play along with others. You need the spirit of corporation to function well in business. You don’t need to jump ship simply because you’ve perceived a need in the market that others are yet to see. To succeed in business, you need to be a team member.
5 OVER-CONFIDENT TO THE POINT OF BEING EGOTISTICAL.
In as much as you’re confident that you can succeed in anything, you still need the opinions of others. You still need to read about others and ask questions when in doubt. Do not hesitate to meet others to make enquiries. Always note that pride precedes a fall.
6 PROCRASTINATION ON CERTAIN CHALLENGES.
Procrastination they say steals time. The time you should use to tackle challenges, you use such thinking and giving excuses. Rise up to every challenge, knowing that where there is a will there is a way. Be optimistic. Hire a consultant when necessary. The positive traits of learning, management disciplines, and timely decisions have to step forward consistently to grow a business.
7 PARANOID REACHING DELUSIONAL PROPORTIONS.
You as a business leader do not need to know everybody in person before having a deal with. It’s not every client that is a fraudster. Learn to believe that you can secure a win-win situation in deals.
8 OFTEN EMOTIONAL AND TEMPERAMENTAL.
There is always a place of emotion in dealings, but when such is escalated, it can cause disloyalty and lack of trust between a business leader and a client. Learn to control your emotions and do not outburst easily. Behave professionally, be sensitive and passionate.
