Hi Business-Trail,

Aristotle created this form of Rhetoric, it comprises three parts;

  • Logos (Logic)
  • Pathos (Emotion)
  • Ethos (Credibility)

In order to be an effective 'Negotiator', you need to be well versed in all 3 parts of Rhetoric (Persuasion).
