That is right, concentration. If you're totally focused on what you're doing at the moment, you don't have to pay any attention to being overwhelmed. Focus and stupor are opposites. Care of this. You're overwhelmed that today, tomorrow, and the day after, you're worried about all the things you have to do. You're not solidly focused on doing what's in front of you at the moment. But it's always hard to get centered while you're caught in overwhelm. What would you do, then?

It's quite easy indeed. Return to fundamentals. Go back to your fundamental beliefs, your declaration of mission, your hope. Stop right now and think about when you first started it, the vision you had for your business. What did you like to achieve? Why did you want this to be done? Are you in search of freedom? Have you had a better way of helping individuals? Let yourself be absorbed completely in the dream you had. Just feel what it was like when you started. You are concentrated now. Take this vision again and write it down.Go into depth on what your company actually wants you to do.

Get into motion now from the centered state. What the most important tasks are should be even more apparent to you now. Center your attention to get moving on those ones. Stop and go back to your dream, your idea, if you start getting stressed. Tell yourself why you do what you do. Feel it for real and then start again. I promise you that this will keep you focused and get you out of the darkness. You will get what you really want out of your company now.
