Making money of weapons is what feeds these leeches. That same money that is stained with the blood and cries of the innocents are what makes their mansions and houses (getting a little dramatic here).

But war is a business that will never end, it's the most long term profitable business out there that hasn't hit a recession yet. There is always a demand for weapons.
