Steem for yacht ownership?

As some of you may know, I run a yacht charter business in Singapore. For the longest time I’ve fantasized that maybe the Steemit community can all come together and contribute Steem to co-share a yacht. It is possible but it will require a lot of trust between everyone. I’ve visited some interesting crowdfunding platforms that do this via fiat but as usual transferring of actual cash will create more problems due to the exchange rates and remittance fees that banks charge.

Therefore, I’ve always thought why not do this with crypto? Not sure how it can be done based on the legality of it all but it is worth a thought and a mention here. Afterwhich every investor gets to profit-share from the business.
