6 STREAMS OF INCOME.
Good morning distinguished ladies and gentlemen of this great platform. I remain @jenniferjulius wishing you all a beautiful and fun-packed Wednesday. Today I will be introducing to you the different streams of income.
1. Earned income.
This income is from your job. The wages/salary you're paid either daily, weekly or at the end of every 30 days.
2. Profit Income.
This is an income generated from buying and selling. Deducting your capital from you total sales of your goods.
3. Interest Income.
This income comes from the additional money paid when you lend out money to someone.
4. Dividend income.
This income is generated from owing a stock or shares in a film, company or bank.
5. Rental income.
Landlords can relate very well yo this particular kind of income because that's how they get their money. The monthly every landlord receives from his tenants at the end of every month. Housing Agents too get their income particularly through this means.
6. Capital gains.
In business everyone has assets such as machineries, furniture's and fittings, etc. The money gotten from the increasing value of assets amounts to capital gains.
So where do you get your income from, definitely it has to be from one of these means. If your ain't an Entreprenuer, you should be an employee.
