Working with your team, rather than confronting them at each step will work wonders for workforce moral, and can be incorporated into management training. The ideals of trust between a business owner and his workforce is something that can be very rewarding and should never be overlooked.

workforce should always be the most valuable asset, but in low skilled jobs corporations just get greedy because they know they can easily replace disgruntled workers, progressive tier training should be a manditory obligation, that might change their attitude.
