Behavioral Economics in the service business

I think for many it is no secret that most people are often peculiar to the same patterns of behavior, and which is given special attention in the training of marketers. Those people in the business directly are called "lords" of client behavior :)

Honestly in mind a compulsory number of training sessions and other things at my current job, the head "explodes" from the about behavioral Economics, machine learning, analysis of what is possible in neural networks, linking social networks, etc. But the brain in the load and it pleases.

Budding entrepreneurs, I suggest to pay close attention to the banal question of human emotions! It's amazing how our lives can be observed, seemingly "dry" theory on the type of bounded rationality, when people blindly trying to meet, instead, to get the maximum utility.

It seems that we are looking for meaning in all that happens using "comparison". And in business, we understand that in purchases in the first place starts the process of "analysis" (though of course, someone like), find out how the purchase will affect us, how the thing will look like, what functions it will perform compared to another, different price, etc.

It is also clear that one of the objectives of business is to reduce the number of our actions before committing the transaction. You've probably noticed that with the widespread use of payment cards less and less in control of daily volume purchases, and the Internet is almost always "insist" to pay immediately (otherwise you will lose the discount, the item ends, the tickets :)

Not to mention how marketers use stereotypes that many of us perceive as quite evident. Often meet all of these "calls" in the clubs of the absolute necessity visit for health (and why not walking, swimming or running?), travel agencies about the rest of the sea of this beautiful country (with a maximum Commission for agents this season), and much more...

By the way courses marketing often hold some kind of "brainstorming" to gather the list of stereotypes to the goods or services to be promoted in advertising campaigns. Behavioral approaches are many, and each of them has both advantages and disadvantages.

Try to appreciate the decisions, without succumbing to the impulse "feel" of relativity, or manipulation your "emotions of the moment" purchase. In the modern world is to know exactly what is and what you need, what product or service you want to solve...
