Mission accomplished - I opened my bakery
Dear Steemian,
I'm happy! Very happy! I've finally opened the BAKERY, my baby! It took me 4 months, too much from my point of view, but it doesn't matter now. I've dreamed about opening my own place - coffee shop, bakery or coffee&bakery since I was in my twenties.
But, at that time, I didn't have the courage to do it, I had to be like all the people of my age: going to college, get a job (a real one) and work as hard as your muscles can. At least, I could dream about it. And now, I can't believe it's happening!
Yesterday, at the soft opening, one of my oldest friends mocked me "Now, you are an entrepreneur as you told to our economics teacher 14 years ago!"
This is our famous carrot cake and it's very delicious, everyone loves it!
The place where the magic happens - before the event! I know! Chaos!
Free lemonade! It's a very hooooottt summer in Romania, I had to treat my guests with something refreshing.
And some gin! I even infused a watermelon with it.
Now, I can rest for a night.

Congrats @foxxycat1 I'm so glad for you that it finally happened! It looks great. Can't wait to come and eat a piece of that carrot cake with a watermelon infused gin! Sounds so yum! Though this Europe trip is fully booked we'll definitely try to incorporate Romania in our next trip. We decided to visit more European countries when we visit family and friends. Good luck with everything you do I'm sure with those pies it will turn out to be a great success.
