Bad luck or getting stronger?

I'm heading to another public institution in order to get my documents right for opening the BAKERY.

I hope it will be on next week. Here, in Romania, the bureacracy is a fucking giant and trust me, it can drive you crazy. I'm safe, I've already booked a spot at the psychiatric hospital!
This time, I don't want to tell you about the never ending lines, the amount of paper filled (those poor trees :) and grumpy faces.
This time, I wanna tell you about some big brands, we all know and how you can trust them (NOT)!
Metro Cash and Carry, the international wholesaler. You want to buy from them, they are Germans and you trust German quality and management! Well, not in Romania.
I ordered one of the oven one month ago and it was supposed to be delivered at a certain time. In a discussion with one of the employee about other products, I have the brilliant idea to reconfirm my order. The employee is confused "What? What order? Oh, do you mean the oven you've ordered 2 weeks ago?"
Me "Yes, the one and only"
"Oh, sorry to say that the oven won't get to you as confirmed"
Me: "Really? Where did that oven disappear? In a black whole? I don't care about your system, I want my oven back and quickly"
In the end, the oven appeared, but without a plug! No one told me that these Horeca ovens are delivered without plugs!
Ikea! Oh, God! I do love Ikea and I know they have some good services (delivery, assemblage, client services). Not in my case :) I bought from them some 2 base cabs to build this beauty island.

And the employee configured this island and gave me a base cab of 60cm height and one of 80cm. Imagine that the island being like a chute! This fits in the park, not in my kitchen! :)

It's sooooo fun being an entrepreneur and I'm sure it's getting better every day.

Now, I have to leave you. I am meeting with a grumpy face.
