I think customer service goes a long way in retaining customers who'd gladly recommend your product or services at any time of the day. But most businesses in Nigeria lacks excellent customer service, after-sales support is almost non-existent in many companies. Business owners renege on their offers of warranty and treat the customer with issues as they'd handle an annoying mosquito!
