Great Post! It's important to respond to each question with "specific" situations/ scenarios. One of the most common mistake during an interview is speaking in general terms.
I hadn't thought of that, but you're right. Specific examples and stories provide evidence, showing how a person thinks and acts, whereas generalities are very...general.
