🕔How to Compress Time and Tasks to Accumulate Completed Actions. 📅✅
To increase production of your business, fitness and personal life then as of today begin to compress time and tasks if you want to boost completed tasks.
This economizing of business and life tasks is essential to save our three vital resources of time, energy and resources.
Yes, most people are so busy trying to manage time they don’t know what day it is half the time. Instead of managing time start to dominate it and learn to leverage every minute.
The more you produce and the better you perform the less distractions, disruptions and disturbances you’ll allow yourself to encounter.
You have your goal or priority for the day then it’s time to identify potential activities which may or may not contribute to your performance towards that goal.
Create 2 columns on a piece of paper.
One column for activities in your life and business which will not help you to achieve your tasks and goals. In the other column write down the activities and tasks which support you in successfully completing your tasks and goals.
Then do whatever it takes to compress and minimize the distractions, disruptions and disturbances in the first column which prevent you from the completion of your tasks and goals. Bringing such hindrances out into your visual awareness gives you the opportunity to fit them.
And now to further boost your productivity…
Whatever you feel comfortable with your current levels of focus and concentration then create blocks of time.
You could create either a 10,15,20,25,30 minute block of time.
During your time blocks you must work focused and determined to accomplish as much as you can free from anything from distractions, disruptions and disturbances in your first column which take you further away from completing your tasks.
Plan your blocks of time either throughout all your day or sections in the morning, afternoon and evening. The aim is to compress and minimize time and tasks to bring you closer to completing your tasks and goals.
And I feel it's about honestly assessing the amount of time you waste, taking care of yourself and getting the most out of your performance and productivity. ‘Time is money’ as they say. Get this exercise done today as nothing much gets done well enough or to a high standard if you are emotionally or physically drained.
How will you feel at the end of the day when you can see an accumulated of successfully completed tasks that bring you closer to your targets, goals and dreams?
