Well it could be a good place to network and socialize.. I train at home and sometimes miss the energy from others
True but won't be easy to talk while running out of breath lol another one is there any treadmill for apartments? Most of them are too loud don't like to bother my neig
Lol out of breath , good one. There might be some special treadmills but probably expensive. Try recumbent bike
