Grammy Time Again
Once again, the first round of voting for the Grammys has nearly come to an end.
From A to Z would like to extend a special thanks to Al Walser, Cut the Bull Enterprise, and The Soirée, for keeping everyone updated on some of the lesser known categories available for voting.
It’s always a pleasure to listen to recordings that amazing artists have put together that would otherwise have been overlooked because they are in Best World Music Album, or in the American Roots Album category.
From A to Z hopes to send a future representative to The Soirée event that takes place during Grammy week, in the city where the Grammys are hosted. Now in its 6th year, The Soirée event looks like a lively evening filled with entertainment and networking.

We’ll keep our fingers crossed for every artist to make it into the final round of voting. Of course that’s not possible, only when it comes to the Grammys everyone deserves consideration.

I Won’t Give You Up - Almost Here
I must chime in on the Turkish invasion of Syria.
The Kurds have been great allies to the USA. We all know their stronghold remains in Northern Iraq. We protected them while monitoring the no fly zone before the invasion.
So they have moved almost like ISIS into Syria and Turkey. Of course Turkey would be feeling a little nervous with this minority group that wants to carve out real estate for a homeland.
However, the USA should have anticipated this move by Turkey. They should have helped the Kurds move back into Northern Iraq to regroup and take a wait and see approach.
